Welcome to Caring and Sharing Counselling. My name is Veronica Mavromatis, and I'm a fully qualified counsellor, offering integrative counselling and therapy services in Central London.
Based close to Oxford Circus underground station, my practice is in an easily accessible location for people living and working in the City of London and the West End.
London is such a diverse and cosmopolitan city, with a wide range of people from different cultures and backgrounds, all living together in a fast paced and busy environment.
It is not surprising that this busy lifestyle can put stress on the health and well-being of its residents.
Sometimes we come across problems in life that are difficult to deal with on our own, our friends and family are not always the best people to help either.
